These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Portal Verse Resources. By creating an account or using our services you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
In short — by using Portal Verse, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply to everyone who creates an account, makes a purchase, or otherwise interacts with Portal Verse's website, mobile applications, or APIs. The Privacy Policy, available at /privacy, is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You must be 18+, legally able to contract, and not located in a sanctioned region.
To use Portal Verse you must:
Keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep that information up to date. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password, enabling 2-factor authentication, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss caused by your failure to keep your account secure.
We provide eSIMs, airtime, bill payments and gift cards — all under one wallet.
Portal Verse offers, among other things:
We may add, modify, or discontinue specific services at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice for material changes that affect existing orders.
Top up once, spend across services. Failed deliveries are auto-refunded. Wallet funds aren't cash and aren't insured deposits.
You may add funds to your Portal Verse wallet using any supported payment method. Wallet balances represent prepaid credit for use within the Portal Verse platform; they are not bank deposits, do not earn interest, and are not protected by any deposit-insurance scheme.
Refunds.
We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
Use the service like a reasonable adult. Don't use it to hurt other people.
You agree to use Portal Verse only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the rights of others.
You can't use Portal Verse for fraud, harassment, spam, illegal services, or to attack third-party platforms.
You will not, and will not permit anyone to:
Violation of any of these may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of wallet balance to the extent permitted by law, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Each platform you use our service with has its own rules. Those rules still apply to you.
When you use Portal Verse together with a third-party service or platform, you remain responsible for complying with that platform's own terms of service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any third-party platform.
Our brand, code, and content stay ours. You keep ownership of anything you upload.
Portal Verse, the Portal Verse logo, and all related marks, software, documentation, and design are the intellectual property of Portal Verse. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them strictly for accessing and using the services.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform (e.g. profile information, support messages). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely as needed to operate the service.
We aim for excellent service but can't legally promise perfection. Read the cap-letters.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PORTAL VERSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM A COURSE OF DEALING.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, or that all results meet your expectations. You understand and accept these risks before purchasing.
Maximum we owe you is what you paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PORTAL VERSE OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY IN ANY 12-MONTH PERIOD WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US DURING THAT PERIOD.
If your use of the service causes legal trouble, you cover us.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Portal Verse from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.
We can suspend accounts that break the rules. You can close yours anytime.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a security or legal risk to Portal Verse or other users. You may close your account at any time from the Settings page.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) continue to apply after termination.
Disputes are handled under the laws of our home jurisdiction. We always try to resolve issues directly first.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where Portal Verse is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Before filing any formal claim you agree to first contact [email protected] and attempt good-faith resolution for at least 30 days.
We'll tell you when we update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
We may revise these Terms when laws change or when we introduce new features. We will notify you of material changes by email and in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
